The Coach
ASHLEY OMIYI
Hi! My name is Ashley Omiyi! I’m a certified personal trainer and hybrid coach, providing both in-person and online coaching. I’ve been into fitness training for six years and my passion for it has grown into a lifestyle of health and wellness. Other forms of physical activity that I enjoy include swimming, track & field, soccer, hiking and ice skating to name a few.
I graduated university with a Medical degree, and as I pursue my medical career I am using my combined knowledge of the biomechanics and physiology of the human body to help others achieve their fitness goals and, educate them about the importance fitness has on their overall life.
I aim to help my clients not only achieve their goals, but also help them build a mindset of discipline, patience, accountability and self-love that can be transferred and applied into every aspect of their life.
